In Between the Glass and the Screen

Memories of your devotion come and slide away like the air between the glass and screen.  I feel the wind and I sigh, adding my own little dysfunction to the great matter of what’s wrong with the world.  The breeze picks it up and some of it gets caught by the fluid properties of the mesh, creating little whorls in between the glass and screen.
